No 9V adapter

This amp will drain a 9V battery and the 9V adapter input does not work. If you try to contact and ask why it doesn’t work, you get an AI bot that first says “let me look into that for you.” Then when you try to follow up, you get ignored. Find other products with better customer service.

Decent guitar // Terrible Customer Service

Purchased guitar, mini amp, and case for our 6 yr old. We ended up ordering the smaller electric at first but then decided to order the pro ahead of Christmas. We paid for “guaranteed Christmas delivery”. The guitar came. The amp didn’t which isn’t much use to a 6 yr old. The amp arrived several days after the holiday and didn’t work. Tried several batteries and wouldn’t turn on. We found a charging cable to a sound machine that fit and the amp worked plugged in but not with battery. Trying to get any help with customer service is a joke. If you ask more than 1 question you won’t get answers. The amp was sold out leaving us in a bind (it’s still out as of 2/3/24) so we kept the amp so it could be played by using the cord we have to plug/unplug from sound machine. The original guitar we bought since we didn’t “exchange” cost us a hefty restocking fee. The original bag didn’t fit the pro so “exchanged” it but they still don’t have in stock so we have a useless credit. I spent way too much time dealing with customer service to get no aide. They also are not willing to honor the holiday pricing when the items come back in stock so will cost more to buy then. Our son enjoys the guitar but it’s been a hassle and company should stand behind products and offer more help.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered this, along with many other items, the weekend of Thanksgiving. It barely made it in time for Christmas, and was also BROKEN upon arrival. Any normal customer service would just replace it, but since it is out of stock, I had to take store credit instead. I purchased the amp with a Black Friday discount, so the store credit I received isn’t enough to cover the purchase of a new amp. I let this minor detail go, as I just want my son to be able to learn and play his guitar :( The amp has now been out of stock for SO long that I reached out to customer service to switch my store credit to a refund. At this point I’d like to buy an amp elsewhere, but Loog wants to take a 20% restocking fee. Restocking a broken item should not be the responsibility of the buyer. I’m completely at a loss with this terrible Loog purchase and customer service interaction.

Overall Bad Experience

I ordered this amp, along with guitars, straps, strings, carrying cases, books, backstage passes... the whole shebang. They were to be Christmas gifts (from Santa) for my kids, and since I ordered Thanksgiving weekend, I knew they should arrive in plenty of time. By the time they arrived it was just days before Christmas, and one of the amps was broken. Never turned on. Since my shipment took so long, there was no time to get a replacement before Christmas, so one of my kids got a broken amp as part of their gift. I was given merchandise credit to purchase another, but it has been out of stock for over a month now. And I must have used a coupon code when I ordered (it was Black Friday), so the merchandise credit I have isn't even enough to cover the cost of a new amp. Such a frustrating experience for me and my son.

Cheap **** - 2 defective items

It should come as no surprise that these are poorly made instruments and amps. Made with the lowest grade materials and alarmingly expensive. I bought two consecutive amps for my son and the first never turned on and the second worked for a week before no longer working. Customer service is unsympathetic and unsatisfactory. This company is great at marketing, that’s about it.
