Same comment as James, ours has the same problem: "Fun product but all 3 that I ordered have problems with the battery not seating correctly and so the screen flickers on and off and then the tuner freezes. Must disconnect the battery to reset."

The tuner we bought for my son arrived defective, it would only flash and then turn off again. When I reached out to Loog customer service, they did not refund my order, only offered a partial refund in store credit. All tuners are now sold out. I was simply requesting a full refund+shipping since the order purchased for my son arrived defective. With the store credit I received, it wouldn't even be enough to re-purchase the tuner if it came back in stock.

The little monster on this is so fun, my son would play with it on it's own! It helps make learning tuning & the guitar for the first time more fun and less frustrating for a newbie!

I bought it for my 4 year old granddaughter. While I think its cute and I like how soft it is, I think she is too young to understand how to use it. I actually thought she broke it, because it as blinking like crazy! I took it home and replaced the battery, and it works fine now. Other than that, I think it's adorable and works great. I will have to hold on to it for a while.
