Order came as ordered and correct. No issues except I ordered the wrong strings. I should have looked closer because I needed the nylon 3 string set but ordered the steel. Other than mt mess up great service.

I initially ordered the incorrect strings. Customer service was great. I couldn’t return the incorrect string bc of covid, but they offered me a discount to take the sting out of the incorrect purchase. Got the new strings and they work like a charm. Kids are back to jamming on the loog. ❤️
