Order came as ordered and correct. No issues except I ordered the wrong strings. I should have looked closer because I needed the nylon 3 string set but ordered the steel. Other than mt mess up great service.

I initially ordered the incorrect strings. Customer service was great. I couldn’t return the incorrect string bc of covid, but they offered me a discount to take the sting out of the incorrect purchase. Got the new strings and they work like a charm. Kids are back to jamming on the loog. ❤️

I ordered two guitars with stands and straps. All arrived in record time with excellent packaging. I can’t wait to give my kids (age 8 & 7) their guitars for Christmas! Strings arrived quickly and we are happy with our purchase. It would be helpful if there were instructions on how to string the Loog pro acoustic. The video on the website is for a different guitar and cannot translate to the pro acoustic. Customer service sent me a YouTube video but it was not as helpful as using wiki how for instructions, which I found after some googling.
