We just couldn’t resist! That’s Johnny holding his very own Electric Loog Guitar during his show in Montevideo. Turns out, Johnny is just the nicest guy ever – we talked about Montevideo, our mutual friend Andrew Loog Oldham, and the amazing work he does with Rock for Kids in Chicago. Such an honor to give him his own little Loog, which he even genuinely seemed to like a lot!
To top it off, we had the best time at his show: The Smiths’ classics, awesome new songs and a killer cover of Depeche Mode’s I Feel You. Thank you Johnny for being such a great sport and taking the time to talk to us! We’ll remember this one FOR EVER.
