Phew! We’re having such a great time chatting back and forth with you guys about our new #LoogAcademy app and the improved song book (shipping with the Loog starting in April!) that we almost forgot to tell you about the great time we had at the New York Toy Fair this year. Well, here it goes Booth #5719 was BURSTING with people and we’re not even kidding – many of those who dropped by hadn’t even heard about the Loog and were actually surprised by the guitars’ quality. But, most of all, people were so excited about getting to play a song on day one! We actually took some to the test, powered with the new song book and #LoogAcademy app...

Loog Academy App Preview

New Loog Booklet with Songs!

We always try to bring cool things with us to The NAMM Show – and this year, we’ve got something you’ve been waiting for a long time: a brand new Loog Guitars instructional booklet with songs! Yup, there’s a reason why Hal Leonard is sharing their NAMM booth with us (#5720, by the way, in case you want to drop by) – we recently partnered up with them for distribution AND to get some of their songs on our instructional Loog booklet and soon-to-come Loog Academy App.

Loog Educator Spotlight: David Mills

Many music teachers are slowly turning toward the Loog to teach kids how to play guitar – the instrument holds easy learning and kids at the heart of its design and we’re psyched that so many educators have caught on. David Mills is one of precursors of this movement. We’ve talked about David, our favorite music teacher, over and over and over again – but most of you probably don’t know him that well. That’s why we thought it’d be cool to launch our new Educator Spotlight feature sharing a bit more about it.
